I live in the desert by the sea. Otherwise known as San Diego, California and I am a visual explorer.

My cameras travel with me everywhere, resulting in a very eclectic mix of subject material.

I prefer to use natural, existing and ambient light for my images, although I will use off camera flash and lighting at times.

Primarily, I shoot whatever strikes my fancy at the moment, and am drawn to the unusual. My images are meant to present the emotion, beauty or the feeling as I see it at the moment.

My photographic background is in film, and I prefer to create my images in the camera, although I have moved to the digital world. Nikon is my equipment of choice.
